DZ GROUP Founder & CEO, Ed Duffy, visited China in 1977 and launched his company six years later. Since then, it has grown from one man with a vision working out of a small office to more than 200 talented and seasoned professionals spanning the globe from China & Mongolia to New York & Los Angeles to London & Germany.

Always looking forward, DZ GROUP recently opened an office in Ulaanbataar, Mongolia, focused on sustainable cashmere production. Committing to a region that produces almost half of the world’s raw material is a reflection of DZ’s passion and commitment to cashmere and a reflection of our company’s vision going back decades.

That is why our culture embraces collaboration and our talented staff utilizes modern technology to its fullest extent, and is always in constant contact with each other. Most of DZ’s staff is premiere talent from around the world having been trained from the best universities i.e. Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design – London, Savannah College of Art and Design – Georgia and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago
